New Rugged Cross

New Rugged Cross
Here's a picture of the cross...finally. Great gift for Christmas. With the rain and no sun outside, I'm reluctant to go in a create anything new. Just feel like curling up on the couch and catching up on "In Treatment."

Where is the Sun?????

Where is the sun? I need it to create. I did create one new piece today, after my Ruby Tibetan bead earrings sold. Yeah...they are off to Glen Allen, Virginia to a new home.

The Old Rugged Cross

Here is a piece that is rugged, yet classy too. The cross is white turquoise with the beautiful veins showing through well. The cross is held between two unique bali balls with chocolate freshwater pearls and turquoise chunks accenting the entire piece. This piece can be worn with almost anything, but of course, I prefer a pair of worn, torn and very comfortable jeans. The necklace measures 18.5", including clasp.

Romantic, Elegant Smokey Quartz piece now on Etsy

Just added a very romantic, elegant smokey quartz and freshwater pearl necklace and earring set. The pendant on the necklace is hand-made in Tibet and is very unique. The pendant is held by chunky white freshwater pearls and faceted smokey quartz rondelles. Top drilled freshwater pearls are added in the middle of the necklace to give the necklace an elegant, beautiful look. This necklace will surely become a family heirloom. The necklace measures 18 1/2", including clasp. Visit my Etsy site at http://www.etsy.com/shop/MissieRabdau to view.

Gem and Jewelry Show

Attended the Gem and Jewelry show today. Came home with so many amazing stones and findings. Can't wait to get started tomorrow. I hope my little man will be content on his John Deer tractor while I work. Hopefully, this week I'll have some new work up on Etsy.

Happy to Finally have a Blog

Hi to all my blog friends out there. Finally, I feel I'm getting technically literate. Not easy though. Thanks to all my friends who have inspired, encouraged and helped me get there.
